Apprentice & Mentorship Program
Armed with a cosmetology degree, Apprentices enter our Advanced Training Program elevating their skill set behind the chair through one-on-one coaching and mentorship with Nicole.
Premiere Artist
Recent graduates of our Advanced Training and Mentorship program successfully begin their journey behind the chair in all areas of cut, color and style as a Premiere Artist within our salon.
Senior Artist
Senior Artists have obtained national training, received certifications, exceeded personal goals behind the chair and achieved maturation as a well-rounded, versatile specialist of their craft.

With countless experience in-house as well as outside of the salon and having succeeded all areas of expertise in their craft, our Lead Artists play a key role in the creative direction of our Design Team, special events, on-location assignments and brands.

Celebrity Stylist, Wella Top Artist and Creative Director for LifeSpa
From a young age, surrounded by television, fashion and multi-media, Nicole’s journey into the beauty industry was inevitable. She’s made an indelible mark nationally in fashion, beauty and wellness.
Industry recognition led to her creation of Be FAB in 5!™, a lifestyle concept of time-saving glam techniques done in 5 minutes or less aired weekly on NBC-TV4 in Columbus, Ohio.
Nicole has enjoyed commercial success with her work seen on Mariah Carey, Mekhi Phifer, Elle Varner, Paul Sorvino, Kim Fields, Malinda Williams, Wanya Morris, Cyn Santana (VH1’s Love & Hip Hop), Sierra Jackson (The Bachelor), Jeopardy! and The Oprah Winfrey Show.
She’s performed collaborations with celebrity stylists Frederic Fekkai, Andy LeCompte and platform artistry for Wella Professionals at the BTC Show and Intercoiffure America Canada.
Her greatest joys in life are being a wife to husband Eugene and a mother to sons, Sam and Ashton.
